Nurturing Connections in Reading – Level B continues the gentle, faith-filled approach of Level A, helping your child build strong reading foundations while developing confidence, fluency, comprehension, and a love for learning.

Through short, open-and-go lessons, your child will practice phonics, reading, writing, handwriting, spelling, and comprehension while making meaningful connections through discussion, Scripture, and engaging activities.

Each lesson is intentionally designed to provide the repetition and practice children need to build lasting skills—without rushing them through the process.

Level B Goals and Objectives Include:

• Further develop phonological awareness

• Learn the sounds that letters and groups of letters make (phonics)

• Develop reading fluency

• Learn to read environmental print

• Cultivate reading comprehension

• Learn the mechanics of language

• Practice handwriting

• Learn to spell words correctly

• Learn to write with intention

An engaging ocean-animal theme is woven throughout the curriculum, bringing curiosity and wonder to your child's reading journey.
